Pollo Loco Rotisserie N Grill was born from a dream, built on courage, unity and faith.

This journey began thanks to those who believed in us from the very beginning, encouraging us to move forward with confidence.

Chef Cecilia, together with Sub Chef Celina, brought the heart, the seasoning and the family recipes passed down through generations.

Our flavors come from our grandmothers’ kitchens, from slow fire cooking, from aromas that fill the soul and from traditions that live in every ingredient.

We are the meeting point of two great cultures:
